I am a current secondary school teacher, and wish to help foreign students who come to Singapore to study. These students usually lose out in the Singapore education system because of their unfamiliarity with the English language, which is the medium of instruction. I wish to offer assistance in this area to these foreign students, especially those who are preparing for the placement tests at the end of the academic year.
