I have been in the field of teaching english as second language in the philippines for 15 years and 5 months in the division of Surigao del Norte. Being in the field if teaching, I have been using various strategies of teaching to motivate and enhance the students' interest to learn the everyday's lesson. I have gained those knowledge of the application of various strategies through my attendance in the various trainings, seminars and conferences in various levels like division, regiona and even in the national level. I have been molding my students intellectually, socially, emotionally, physically and foremost morally and spiritually through values integration so that these young minds may grow and become a morally upright individuals and be productive which are very indispensable to nation building.
