I started my teaching job right after I passed the licensure examination of teachers here in my country. I've done substitute positions & teaching assistance.
I enjoyed my work having been relating myself to kids. I learn much from them, I also know how to be like them and act like them too.
A teacher must have the capability to know each child's personality, where they come from and who they are. And we suppose to widen our minds of understanding each and every child we are meeting everyday. Each child also needs respect with everybody, need to be cared of.
