Methodology
I ama believer that every child has the genuine capacity to be responsible and functional memebers of the societh when they grow up. It is just a matter of equipping withm with skills and competence so that in their adult years they become productive members of the society. Furthermore, I also believe in the theory of Multiple Intelligences. I believe that intelligence is not limited to Math, the Languages or even the Sciences. There are one too many areas of intelligence and as teachers, it is our responsibility to make sure that each child discovers what his intelligence is and foster in him a genuine love learning and love for whatever he does. Lastly, I also believe that Emotional Intelligence is far more important the Inttelligence Quotient (IQ). The former is developed and strengthened through time and a true test of the child's character. IQ on the other hand is a combination of genes and the right exposure and training. I do not undermine is importance. I am simply saying what is truly mre important to me.
My students are my kids. i have worked hard in this profession and the pupils have taught me important lessons in life which can only be seen in the eyes of a child. I am more human because of them.
