I have taught a Pre-school under a montessori way of teaching.And i have seen that montessori way of teaching or child centered approach is a good motivation for the pupils to learn easily. And also i taught in a tutorial center were as i teach a students one on one,and i realize its a motivation for the students to guide give thenm some awards for their perseverance with their studies.
